The owners wanted an �outdoor room� in their small, dark yard. A courtyard garden was created, with a warm, mediterranean feel, using terracotta coloured walls and tiles. Large evergreen plants provide interest throughout the year. An inviting space for eating out and social occasions.

On this steeply sloping site terraces were built in modern materials with a traditional style to link with the house. The areas for seating incorporated raised planting beds, and took advantage of open views over the surrounding countryside.

We've been designing gardens fulltime since 1996. Our creative approach comes from our background and degrees in art and design. This combined with a further course in garden design, and a lifelong interest in plants and gardening, means that we can offer all the skills needed to help you make the changes which will realise the potential of your garden. All layouts are drawn by hand.
